- Be responsible for the performance (P&L) of a showroom
- Establish, develop and maintain good, long term customer relationships
- Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and thoroughly
- Follow the full customer journey from pre-sale, sale, delivery, payment and after sale services
- Monitor and follow up on showroom accounts receivable
- Coach, manage and motivate sales staff to increase sales
- Manage showroom from display, sales policies and pricing
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive landscape in the building materials/ stone industries
- Work closely with other managers and departments
- Provide directors with a monthly report on sales results and develop clear action plans
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within outlined frameworks
- Assess and review staff performances
- Oversee product roll out and special promotions
- Adopt a proper etiquette, polite and helpful attitude towards everyone
- Continuously improve through feedback

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing or general management
- At least 5 years of working experience as a SALES MANAGER in a related field (marble)
- Driven, hard-working and motivated
- Exceptional organizational, strategic planning, and leadership skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong focus on customer service
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Some knowledge of English
