Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Analyzing sales data
- Mentoring and coaching sales reps
- Advising and motivating sales representatives
- Sales performance monitoring
- Setting sales goals
Requirements :
- Min. 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Min. 5 years of experience in establishing, developing, and managing channel partner networks in a B-to-B sales environment
- Work experience in distributors is preferred as well.
- Knowledgeable about Computer and IT is a MUST
- It would be preferable if the candidates had experience working in the IT industry
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high standing, and abilities to manage relationship with customers and colleagues
- Strong understanding of solution sales business and working with channel partners
- Strong leadership and driven to achieve goals and deliver results
- Creative and critical thinker with an open mind and fast learning
- Willing to be placed in Kemayoran, Central Jakarta
