Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree
- Age less than 35 years old
- Have to experience min. 7 years (3 years as Sales manager) at FnB industry/ Insurance/ FMCG
- Understanding and experience of Digitalization Sales (CRM, WhatsApp’s Selling, E-commerce workflow, Telemarketing, and copywriting)
- Proven track record in achieving team target
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
- Strong leadership skills, discipline, and target driven
Job Description:
- Develop a sales plan and strategy to achieve goals, achieve the forecasted sales target and profit margin
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Excelled in a target-driven sales position. Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling
- Analysing customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
- Monitor the team’s progress, tracking the quotas and goals of each salesperson, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Work salesperson person to inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Make improvements to the operational activities of the Sales Team to create optimal Sales division performance
- To provide a timely quotation to all customers to improve the competitiveness of equipment sales.
