Sales Manager
Job responsibilities:
1.Develop sales plan, sales strategy and sales policy, and promote the sales team to reach the sales target.
2.Responsible for the formation of sales team, training, management and motivation of sales staff, improve the team's sales ability and performance.
3.Responsible for market research, competitive intelligence collection and analysis, formulate marketing plans, develop new markets and customers.
4.Responsible for contacting and communicating with customers, understanding customer needs, providing solutions for customers and accomplishing sales targets.
5.Responsible for tracking the market situation, customer dynamics, understand customer feedback, timely adjustment of marketing strategies and sales plans.
Qualifications:
1.5 years sales management experience in electromechanical industry, team management experience is preferred.
2.Excellent sales planning and sales management skills, familiar with market strategies and sales channels, understanding of product marketing characteristics.
3.Excellent business negotiation skills and communication ability, with successful sales cases.
4.Excellent team management skills, experience in training and managing high performance sales team.
5.Excellent presentation and writing skills.
6.Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
7.Have transportation and driver's license.
