We are currently looking for candidate for Sales Manager position with following qualifications:
- Min 5 years proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services sector. Experience specifically in remittance services is often highly valued.
- As a Sales Manager, strong leadership abilities are essential for leading and motivating team to meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of remittance products and services, including of various payment methods, currencies, exchange rates, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones. This may involve market analysis, competitor research, and the identification of key growth opportunities.
- Capability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders, includes nurturing existing partnerships and establishing new ones to expand the customer base.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and identify trends for making informed decisions and optimizing sales strategies.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving revenue targets, increasing market share, and driving business growth
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to such as technological advancements, regulatory changes, and shifts in customer behavior.
- Educational Background: a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field can be beneficial for this role.
In this position you will have these following responsibilities:
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our product/ offerings, especially B2B outbound remittance
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts to meet revenue objectives
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's revenues
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
