Job Description:
- Lead all sales activities cross channel for both online (marketplaces & direct orders) and offline (general trade & modern trade)
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to understand customer preferences and deliver exceptional customer experiences in order to achieve revenue target.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for offline pop-up retail initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, trends, and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure that sales activities are aligned with budgetary constraints and financial goals.
- Develop and execute plans to enter new markets and increase brand presence.
Requirements:
- Proven minimal 5 years work experience as an Sales Manager
- Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on E-commerce, General Trade, and Modern Trade channels in Beauty / FMCG / Wellness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with E-commerce platforms, retailers, and trade partners.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills are crucial for building partnerships, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team.
