- To ensure Procurement and other departments comply with Prudential Group Third Party Risk & Management Policy, Guidelines and Local Requirements.
- Liaise with Subject Matter Expert (i.e. Risk & Compliance and Legal Department) to ensure alignment with their policies.
- Conduct operational support to Procurement Department (i.e. monthly recap of printing usage, manage department trainings, and propose budget to Finance budget team)
- Support Procurement Contract & Vendor Manager in development and improvement of P2P System (Coupa) improvements with Regional Coupa Team
- Provide Coupa-related help and support to the users, procurement team, and business owners as a designated Coupa Helpdesk Team
- Support Finance & Accounting Team and users in managing Coupa back-end process
- Execute circulation of Procurement contracts and contracts authoring. Providing contract review, updates on contract templates, filing and reporting.
- Liaise with Legal Department and related Subject Matter Expert to ensure contracts are aligned with current policies and requirements.
- Provide updates on contracts templates and changes to contract owners and internal procurement team.
- Support Procurement Contract & Vendor Manager in reporting of Procurement activities, initiatives, and Policy Breach & Exceptions to Head of Procurement.
- To support Procurement Management process efficiency, particularly in Procurement Contract process.
