Main responsibilities
- Assist Sales and Growth Consultant to gather and analyze sales data from various & relevant sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain sales performance and pipeline reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.
- Collaborate with the sales team and assist CCO to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Collaborate with the Business Development department to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments to maximize sales impact.
- Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and provide recommendations for process optimization.
- Conduct competitor analysis to assess market trends, penetration and identify potential opportunities and/or threats.
- Support the sales & business development team in creating presentations, and the preparation of events and sponsorship.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to enhance the sales team's effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to effectively perform and distribute the Sales & Marketing performance analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the implementation of New CRM system and recommend ongoing improvement post implementation.
- From time to time, assist the Sales Operations administration to maintain accetable turnaround time and accuracy in the onboarding process.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data sets.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, other tools and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to handle large sets of data and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Ms. Excel Pivot or database, or Tableau is a plus.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role in a sales-driven organization.
- Knowledge of sales analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using statistical analysis software is a plus.
- Experience in the use and management of CRM systems.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Knowledge of the industry in which the company operates.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
