Requirements:
- Background 5 years minimum of working experience as Supervisor in Shipping and Logistics Field.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Transportation Management, Logistics or any field.
- To handle, manage and coordinate end to end Logistics Operation (customs clearance service solutions and transportation).
- Familiar with Trade Agreement rules and Indonesia Customs Regulation and Process
- Manage 3rd party transportation vendor support
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to drive continuous improvement, monitor team performance against KPIs and targets and take corrective actions as required.
- Resolve customer inquiries in timely and accurate fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the customer service associates.
