Service Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

I. Guarantee the basic work quality of Engineering Service

1. Familiar with line protection, transformer protection, bus differential protection, capacitor protection and other protection principles; proficient in line protection, transformer protection, bus differential protection, capacitor protection and other testmethods; familiar with remote control and background software and hardwarecomposition of substation, able to complete background configuration andpoint-to-point test; master the basic functions and configuration of DongfangElectronic RTU and modem, familiar with RTU and main station Communication andnetwork structure between EMS and DMS, basic configuration of master station;familiar with 61850, 101, 104 and DNP protocols, solve protocol communicationproblems independently with the necessary assistance of the manufacturer; organizeand support the successful completion of project qualification test and pusertifnetwork access test of protection, control, automation and telecontrol RTU products;

2. Understand the micro grid structure of photovoltaic project, learn the knowledge of power electronics, preliminarily master the performance and configuration of TBEA, jinlang inverter, Xuji high frequency switching power supply and other devices; understand Longjing environmental protection dust remover, preliminarily master the application and commissioning of the electric control part of the dust remover; understand other related products of the company, and timely follow up from the engineering point of view and do a good job in technical support.

II.Ensure the improvement of engineering service quality and project implementation level

3. Master the format of various test reports, independently complete each test report; coordinate the progress and tasks of each project with the owner and the contractor, and report to the project director in time; participate in or support theproject team scheduling management, coordinate the field tasks of each engineer,make point-to-point arrangement, ensure real-time communication and progresscontrol at any time, and flexible and flexible specific situations Improve the projectcoordination ability and level, participate in and be responsible for the projectmanagement of the company's general project; make summary, project informationand configuration filing after the project implementation, and make accurate and detailed records of common problems, so as to facilitate the follow-up service of the project.

4. According to the needs of project implementation, conduct in-depth technical training for customer engineers; according to the specific situation of the company's sales manager and new engineers, regularly conduct special training for the company's junior engineers in combination with their own expertise; participate in the organization of technical exchanges with end customers and local partners, and participate in and support the marketing of the company's products and systems as far as possible;

5. Master the process of FAT, independently arrange the test of FAT; learn and master the production and assembly process of common panel and cabinet, and participate in the quality control and professional improvement of the company's processing plant from the aspects of overall scheme design, quality control of main components and channels, progress management of panel and cabinet workers, etc;

III.Improve system skills and participate in the company's development process

6. Through engineering services, improve the level of fault analysis, gradually realize the independent analysis of on-site faults and provide analysis reports that meet the needs of end users; deepen the understanding of system protection scheme and setting configuration, gradually have the ability to calculate the protection setting of expansion and new station; deepen the in-depth management of system components, system scheme, system connection and system communication, etc It gradually has the ability to design the secondary and primary electrical system of the substation, and supports engineering design, fault analysis and fixed value calculation.

7. Complete the tasks assigned by the engineering service department and the company's leaders in a timely and high-quality manner, and play a good role and influence in the improvement of the company's overall technology and professionalism, the improvement of the company's management level, etc.

8. Technical support to sales team in terms of ESP details with specialist of user, Turbine, DCS and associated powerplant material procurement.

BASIC REQUIREMENT:

1. Bachelor degree (S1) at least diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering graduated from reputable university; 
2. Working experience preferred in the field of power telecommunication, power electrical engineering side, such as power system, automation, and protection, etc.
3. Good team player, good interactive and interpersonal and communication skills
4. Excellent English (written and spoken), 
5. Self-motivated, interactive and professional.
