We are looking for a self-driven Social Media Operationwith a background in Social Media operating, such as: Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in editing short or long video content. Social Media Operation candidate must have strong user thinking, understanding of user aesthetics and ways of thinking, and strong detail control and quality pursuit of graphics, texts and short video materials.
Job Description:
- Responsible for building and operating the company's vertical short video matrix, including Social Media such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube or Instagram;
- Based on the characteristics of products and accounts, formulate phased operation strategies and goals for each platform, build a short video account user operation system, accurately target user groups and position the commercial operation direction of products;
- Control the direction of short video content, control content qualities, continue to optimize product operation strategies, ensure user activity, and optimize user needs;
- In view of operational goals and market demand, build a corresponding data statistics system, conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, and build a complete data monitoring mechanism;
- Continuously research for the latest trends and hot topics, explore the latest operating rules of different platforms, industry and competitive product trends, and tap user preferences to explore new growth points.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English speaking and listening skills is a MUST; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- 23-35 years old, bachelor degree or above, more than 2-3 years of relevant work experience, strong interest and in-depth understanding of Social Media, and experience in short video or live content operation and management;
- Have strong ability to understand short video development trends, be familiar with the operating rules of respective media platforms, and be familiar with the recommendation logic of each software algorithm;
- Love in trying new things, creative ideas, media savvy, have unique insights into content positioning and screening, and have successful experience in creating popular content;
- Be familiar with Internet user behavior, have high data sensitivity, be able to effectively analyze user behavior through data, and have practical experience in solving problems through a data drive;
- Passionate, resilient, active in thinking, clear in logic, good at cross-department communication and resource integration, and good at summarizing methodologies and optimizing workflow.
