Responsibilities
• Lead multiple client deliveries with blended teams to deploy Anaplan solutions• Work to ensure projects are completed on time and enable customer's self-sufficiency• Be the primary point of contact for each delivery and lead customer-facing meetings• Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment of key decisions• Handle resource allocation, project timeline, and risk mitigation• Report on resources, budget, and project status• Adapt to shifting priorities and demands• Maintain customer focus and drive consensus• Handle client expectations and run through bold situations• Deliver high-level presentations and achieve successful deployments
Requirements
• 5+ years of software project management or related experience• Experience in enterprise performance management• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong focus on customer success• Ability to understand and translate customer requirements• Data-driven with a commitment to process• Collaborative and integrity-driven• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS preferred• Knowledge of system implementation methodology• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
