- Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology or HRM, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum 1 years experience in Human Resources, especially in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Having experience at telecommunication industry will be an advantages
- Target oriented & Fast-learner
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
