We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team and give exceptional technical assistance to clients regarding our products and services. This role include diagnosing and fixing technical difficulties, providing prompt help, and monitoring server performance to ensure maximum functionality.
- Responsibilities/Jobdesc :
To provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by company
To provide guidance to clients for products & services offered by company
To troubleshoot errors related to hosting related services (Windows & Linux)
To monitor servers performances
To ensure servers are working on optimum performance
To reply to clients via Help-desk
- Requirements:
Candidates must possess bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer, or equivalent.
at least 1 years experiences of working in a related field is required for this position
Understanding of Linux system operation
Understand the concept of server administration with Linux
Have good understanding in Hosting and Domain will be an advantage.
Understand cPanel
Have good communication
Able to work with teams as well as individually
Can analyze server problems
Able to speak English at least passive.
Willing to work shifting schedule (morning, noon, and night shifts)
- Working Conditions:
Based In Jogja or willing to relocate to Jogja.
Work From Home allowed (after the probationary period) with limited quotas per year.
