Responsibilities
• Prepare and follow up HR documentation• Maintain and update employee database• Assist in recruitment process and staff contract preparation• Develop and update finance compliance manual• Coordinate with global HR and Program Manager for recruitment process• Assist in preparing program activity• Collect document payment and assist Finance Administrator• Perform other duties as required
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, management or finance• 2-3 years of working experience• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently• Strong written and oral communication skills• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Fluent in English language
