API Integration adoption in ID. In particular, the role will be expected to handle the technical aspects of the integration, in which he/she has to master the API documentation and the overall API integration process in order to provide help, declutter bottleneck and support the overall business throughout the integration process.The Day-to-Day Activities:
- Perform various technical supports (i.e. technical issue resolution, system configuration etc.) to our API Partners throughout the API Integration process and BAU
- Perform escalation to our regional product teams and engineers in case of any issues/errors that occur throughout the integration process and BAU
- Support Partners at various stages of the API Integration process this includes development, staging testing, pilot rollout etc.
- Provide analytical support to evaluate issue patterns and provide API Integration insights for GrabExpress
The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor (and/or) degree preferably in Information Technology, Information System, Analytics, Business Management, or Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in Tech Startup Industry/Tech Consulting would be an advantage
- Experience in API Integration Projects would be a strong plus
- Ability to consistently perform comfortably under pressure in a dynamic, ultra-fast paced environment
- Detail-oriented. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong ability to communicate in both technical and business ops language
- Language proficiency in English and Bahasa will be highly preferred.
