Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations. This includes assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will also help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Certified Human Capital (CHCO & CHCS) background.
- Experience in the industrial sector is a plus
