Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development to join our team. As a Business Development, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand our business and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and work to upsell or cross-sell additional products services
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner
- Keep updated records of account activities and provide regular reports to management on account status
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a Business Development or in a similar salescustomer service role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to travel as needed
