This includes identifying opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of MAKA Motors. If you're known for your strategic acumen and ability to execute Business Development initiatives, especially within the realms of strategy, operations, and stakeholder management, you could be the ideal candidate for us!
As a Business Development Associate at MAKA Motors, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's growth trajectory. Your responsibilities will include market analysis, partnership development, and contributing to the strategic direction of the business.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Business Development or partnership roles, preferably in the automotive industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrates outstanding achievements in current or previous roles related to Business Development or successful partnership deals.
- Possesses technical skills, including excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in using CRM software for managing partner pipelines, monitoring progress, and maintaining to-do lists.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Research and identify potential partners in the automotive/EV industry, including financing, after-sales service, spare parts network, and fast charging companies.
- Evaluate the partnership pipeline based on strategic direction from management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain regular communication with new and existing partners, fostering relationships that contribute to the progress of each partnership.
- Monitor partnership progress using collaboration tools and create action plans for each pipeline to achieve partnership goals.
- Collaborate with the legal team to create necessary documents such as NDA, MoU, and partnership agreements. Work closely with Strategy & Planning to develop commercial proposals for potential partners.
