- Establish and build good communication with customers through e-commerce/marketplace platforms.
- Serve live chat questions, complaints and requests for return of goods from the customer in a friendly and polite manner.
- Follow up questions, requests for goods returns and complaints from customers to the relevant department.
- Provide a fast response in the form of solutions and alternatives to customers.
- Responsible for all customer inquiries and complaints.
- Always oriented to Customer Service and satisfaction.
Requirement:
- Minimum Senior High School
- Preferably have 2 years of working experience in Customer Service/Admin Online
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Age max 30 years old
- Capability in Microsoft Office, skilled in Excel/ PPT/ Word applicant is advantage.
- Have a good communication skill in Bahasa and English, Mandarin is a PLUS.
- Strong Customer Service skills, cooperative attitude, able to multi-task & working detail oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to flexible in terms of scheduling or overtime.
- Fast learning and have a high responsibility sense Have experience used TikTok Shop, Shopee center seller website, Tokopedia, Lazada and etc.
