Job Description
Planning & Goal Setting:
- Drive customer alignment with goals and expectations.
- Set clear engagement model with stakeholders.
- Co-create success plan with stakeholders.
- Participate in internal handover meetings.
New Solution Implementation:
- Support implementation team with updates.
- Lead "go-live" meeting.
- Proactively check-in post launch and offer solutions.
Ongoing Customer Health:
- Monitor key metrics and address issues.
- Share best practices and leverage internal resources.
- Conduct regular business reviews.
- Support customers with technical challenges.
- Advocate for customer.
Renewals & Expansion:
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales & Account Management teams.
- Support AM in renewals preparations.
