Job Description

Planning & Goal Setting:

  • Drive customer alignment with goals and expectations.
  • Set clear engagement model with stakeholders.
  • Co-create success plan with stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal handover meetings.


New Solution Implementation:

  • Support implementation team with updates.
  • Lead "go-live" meeting.
  • Proactively check-in post launch and offer solutions.


Ongoing Customer Health:

  • Monitor key metrics and address issues.
  • Share best practices and leverage internal resources.
  • Conduct regular business reviews.
  • Support customers with technical challenges.
  • Advocate for customer.


Renewals & Expansion:

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales & Account Management teams.
  • Support AM in renewals preparations.

Meminta

The Successful Applicant

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Candidates should ideally possess 5 years of experiencein either of these roles: Account Management, Delivery manager, Customer Care, Product management or IT Account Management.
  • Able to communicate in English & Indonesia
  • Deep understanding of how Travel ecosystem/business works (especially airlines)
  • Deep understanding on API/Technology best practices
  • Able to understand customer needs
  • Success planning by create creaive solution and strategic success thinking
  • Able to build relationship and network in order to upsell/cross sell products as well as influence decisions by stakeholders
  • Anticipates unique problems and offers creative solutions to ensure smooth operational transitions
