Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR solutions aligned with the company's strategy to support organizational effectiveness.
• Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. Identify training needs for teams and individuals; evaluate and improve training programs.
• Collaborate with business departments to understand hiring needs and objectives.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy.
• Ensure company regulations are developed and monitored in compliance with the prevailing Government Manpower Act.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Able to communicate fluently in Chinese or Mandarin.
• At least 2 years of HR Specialist experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and industrial relations.
• A self-starter who can work autonomously and excel through personal drive.
