Job Descriptions:
Conduct technical & end to end recruitment process for local employees
Partners with all related department to ensure that all manpower request are appropriate as company needs
Coordinate with third party such as school/campus, job portal and etc regarding hiring process needs
Maintain recruitment database and periodic report
Requirements:
Minimum S1 majoring in Pshychology/HR Management/Law or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experiences as a Recruiter
Experience to conduct psychology tools and interview
Communicative, conscientious, diligent, & honest
Responsive, detail oriented, having good attitude
Understanding training & development programs is an added value
