Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company's recruitment process.
- Handling employee document administration.
- Coordinating and maintaining good relationships with third parties and relevant government agencies.
- Assisting the Department Head in managing Legal and HR HR needs.
- Taking responsibility for departmental administrative needs.
- Coordinating general affairs requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law/Psychology.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Officer/Human Resource (Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Proficient in using MS Office, Google Workspace, and Cloud Storage.
- Understanding basic recruitment processes (knowledge of psychometric testing is a plus).
- Knowledge of HR/Legal & Compliance is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in psychometric tools is a plus.
- Accustomed to working with deadlines.
- Mastery of the Omnibus Law and Employment Law.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or IT is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in the PIK 2 area.
