We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our HR team, ideally with a background in the fast-paced retail or e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR solutions aligned with the company's strategy to support organizational effectiveness.
- Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. Identify training needs for teams and individuals; evaluate and improve training programs.
- Collaborate with business departments to understand hiring needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy.
- Ensure company regulations are developed and monitored in compliance with the prevailing Government Manpower Act.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HR Specialist experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and industrial relations.
- A self-starter who can work autonomously and excel through personal drive.
