Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the team is meeting or exceeding targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the business based.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather market intelligence and contribute to the overall business planning process.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge.
- Regularly report on sales results and forecasts to Management Level. • Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to ensure team success.
Job Qualifications:
- Educational background minimal S1 from Information Technology, Communication, Marketing or related.
- Experiences in Sales Manager IT product especially in Government & Public Sector and handle team.
- Having passion to direct selling and targeting.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Proven experience in sales management with a successful track record.
