Job Descriptions

• Responsible for overall country operations for Trade Credit Insurance
• Lead local business development activities with key business partners (ie. brokers, fronters and banks);
• Maintain effective and productive relationships with key external (ie. regulator and industry bodies) and internal (ie. Regional office / other business units in Allianz) stakeholders
• Work in collaboration with cross-unit and cross-department to achieve project's goal.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities by effectively managing, engaging, and developing the local sales and risk team to resolve challenges
  

Job Requirements:

• Solid experience in B2B sales and marketing from insurance, banking or credit management industries. Direct experience in trade credit insurance a plus.
• Strong track record of building sustainable and profitable business through managing a sales team.
• Ability to build extensive local network.
• Strategic insights of country and industry knowledge
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Bachelor's degree any major
