● Selling online courses (online education)
● Supervision and quality control team of Sales
● Training new sales
Duties:
- the key is to implement both personal and team sales plans.
- team management: selection, training, adaptation, motivation, mentoring;
- analysis and feedback to managers to improve telephone conversations
creation, adjustment and analysis of the effectiveness of the sales funnel in CRM - creating a system of leading and lagging KPIs and monitoring their implementation
- Team management: training, distribution of plans, control of their execution.
- Writing or editing scripts for course sales.
- Reporting in the CRM system.
- Implementation of the team sales plan, creation of a motivational system for the team.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a Head of Sales department from 2 years.
- B2C sales of educational products or services is a must.
- Experience working with products for a children's audience will be a plus.
- Onboarding new team members.
