Head Of Sales - Machinery - Pulp & Paper

This role is based in suburb industrial area around Jakarta. Whilst fluency in Bahasa would be an advantage strong written and spoken English is a must. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
Other key requirements include:

• Worked with an End User Pulp and Paper company in Indonesia and built up strong networks within the industry
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Pulp & Paper industrial applications and processes
• Experience and/or interest on working with at Pulp & Paper customers/factories
• Strong business driver with positive attitude to work smart and hard with proven record to deliver results
• Knowledge of how to generate customer value and a to use this in a consultative sales approach
• Good collaboration skills with key people at external customers on multiple levels of their organization (Supply Planning, Maintenance, Procurement, Management etc.)
• Highly organised and committed to complete tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office and any CRM opportunity management system, ideally NetSuite.
• Excellent speaking and writing skills for English and Bahasa Indonesia
