Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment, employee relations, and selection process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
- Employee attendance and payroll (including PPH 21)
- BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan reporting
- Calculate employee monthly expense
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR Management
- Reviewing Company Regulations
- Analyzing and evaluating existing strategies, policies, and procedures and reforming them with help of executive and staff
- In charge for daily HR&GA works conducting smoothly in timely manner.
Requirements :
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Management / Law / Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR&GA
- Willing to work with high pressure and comfortable with rapid changes.
- Strong understanding Labor Regulations (UUCK)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, agile, and trustworthy
- Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team
- Having knowledge about ITAS/ITAP will be an advantage
- Having experience in export import will be an advantage but not mandatory
