We require additional staff for our HR ANZ Team. The successful applicant must be willing to work within the AUS/New Zealand & Asia time zone. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
The role involves supporting the day-to-day HR operations of AUS/New Zealand.
- Provide confidential HR support and information to employees and managers
- Interpret and provide support in the absence of the HR Manager relating to the Fair Work Act and relevant Award for employees and managers
- Maintain integrity, accuracy, and security of employee records
- Maintain integrity of Staff Registers and databases to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of information
- Provide general HR support
- Provide recruitment support to managers by posting ads on Seek, shortlisting and reference-checking
- Update and in the absence of the HR Manager deliver inductions to new staff
- Ensure all employment paperwork is completed accurately and uploaded for HR and payroll purposes
- Liaise with external payroll provider (ADP) to ensure accuracy and responses to general queries
- Compose emails for distribution to internal staff and liaise with external stakeholders
- Promote WHS by maintaining first aid kits, investigating and action safety concerns.
- Develop and provide staff safety training as required
- Coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating staff induction and exit interview processes
- Assist with managing Visa/ Immigration applications
- Support in the organization of HR initiatives across the company
- Contributing to the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes.
