- Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities.
- Work with HR Team to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
- Govern performance management review on the associates periodically.
- Track the completion and implementation of Career Development Plan (CDP).
- Create training modules based on the training needs of the associates.
- Conducts in-house training based on the identified needs of the company.
- Proactively seek opportunities to engage by doing periodic kamustahan sessions with disengaged associates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Create insights and recommendation from generated people analytics report.
