- Our client is a Japanese Trading company. Currently, they are looking for HR Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize HR Management system in the company.
- Do payroll.
- Handle attendance.
- Develop and implement employee recruitment system.
- Carry evaluation process for employee satisfaction level.
- Handle legal related issue.
- Organize training activities.
- Control budget.
- Create SOP.
- Bridge the employee and company.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Business English proficiency (effective for coordination with expat & foreigners).
- Min. 4 years of experience as HR Manager, experienced in handling all aspects of HR (recruitment, administrative, training development, compensation benefit) in a foreign company.
- Deep understanding of UU Ketenagakerjaan and PPh21.
- Good communication skill, good decision making skill, good oranizationalability, proactive, smart.
