Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.Develop and execute personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.

Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.• Develop and execute personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.• Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.• Administer benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.• Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company.• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a corporate.• Proven success working in an HR department.• Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.• Knowledge of PeopleSoft software.• Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
