Job Qualification:
- Experienced as Human Capital in Tech Industry at least for 2 years experience. Experienced in HeadHunter Industry is a plus
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
Job Description:
- Participate in end-to-end stages of recruitment
- Constructs and develops a recruitment system for the company
- Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums
- Creating content for internal needs (corporate messages, corporate regulations, office events, etc)
- Creating content for social media needs (non-commercial) and support to managing the social media account
- Ensure all initiatives and activities are delivered and communicated in time and efficiently to increase employee awareness and satisfaction
- Get involved in every office events
