We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Talent Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the learning and development landscape within our organization, focusing on technical and core competencies, career development, and fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement training programs to enhance technical and core competencies among employees.
- Create and manage a comprehensive Learning & Management System, including the development of learning curricula, schedules, and strategic partnerships with external training providers.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements across different departments.
- Design and implement a robust career development program that supports employees in achieving their professional goals.
- Provide guidance on career paths, skill development, and mentorship opportunities within the organization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration by creating platforms for knowledge sharing among employees.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering successful learning and development programs.
- Possess a growth mindset and demonstrated ability to think strategically and agile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
