Ashley Kate is working with a PE backed fast growing business on a new Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment team and play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of their growing organisation.You will be creating a workforce that reflects excellence, diversity, and innovation. Your expertise in recruitment will be instrumental in shaping the future success of the business.
You will need to be on site in their Bedfordshire office 1-2 days a week but also willing to travel as needed to meet stakeholders across their national sites. Salary £60k - £65k.
Talent Acquisition Manager - About the role.
- You will Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organisational goals.
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding.
Talent Manager - About you:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment / Talent Manager
- You must have worked in a start up business or Private Equity background.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
