Our client s a data-driven Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand creator targeting consumers in Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on the Indonesia market.
Currently looking for a strong HRGA Manager to join with them in their office at Central Cikarang.
Human Resources Management: 1. Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including manpower planning, job posting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. 2. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, address grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
3. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans. Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance.
4. Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize training programs, and support employee development initiatives. 5. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with organizational policies. 6. Policy Development: Develop and update HR and general affairs policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
7. Crisis Management: Handle crises or emergency situations, develop a Business Continuity Plan, and assess on a regular basis. 8. Facilitate effective communication between management and employees, fostering a positive and transparent work environment. 9. Strategic HR Planning: Contribute to developing organizational strategies by aligning HR and
General Affairs functions with overall business goals. 10. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for HR and general affairs functions, ensuring cost-effectiveness. General Affairs Management:
1. Facilities Management: Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, security, workplace safety, and other General Affairs support. 2. Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors for cleaning, security, and maintenance services.
3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth operations. 4. Event Planning: Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR and
General Affairs roles.
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
