Job Description:
Prepare and monitor HRGA Department budgeting.
Review and update HR Governance Guidelines (in company), including: Talent Management System, Remuneration System (Compensation and Benefits), Industrial Relations, Recruitment System, and HR Development.
Manage, coordinate and supervise the daily operations of HRGA Department, also providing guidance and support for daily operational processes.
Responsible for employee discipline in accordance with HR policies & procedures, evaluating employee performance and career path, monitoring employment contracts and employee remuneration.
Analyze training needs to design employee development.
Supervise General Affair service activities for all employees.
Support all office operational activities by conducting procurement processes in accordance with GCG (Good Corporate Governance) and company budget.
Responsible for management asset and inventory.
Monitor and evaluate all activities in HRGA Department.
Work closely with other departments to implement credible corporate governance.
Other tasks assigned by Management.
Job Qualification:
Age 30-45 years;
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Law and related major;
Proven 3 years or more working experience as HRGA Manager;
Excellent knowledge about Labor Law regulations and Human Resources best practices;
Excellent knowledge about Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefit Design, Organization Development, Employee Relation and General Affairs;
Good knowledge of office procedures and procurement of goods and services;
Managerial experience and skills;
Mastering Google Apps (spreadsheet, drive, slide etc.) and Ms. Office, especially Excel and Power Point;
Strong analytical thinking and detail-oriented;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proactive and has high initiative;
Able to work in a team.
