Job responsibility:
- Management of human resources (general affairs) and organisational management
- Management of personal information of all employees
Submission of payment data for payroll, various allowances, various insurances, welfare aspects, etc. - Management of the company organisation in accordance with labour laws
- Responding to enquiries from employees and government agencies
- Production and updating of employment regulations
Establishment of salary tables and career development plan schemes (while using the parent company's tools as a base) - Contact point for dealing with various insurances, work-related accidents, accidents, problems, etc. at shops and head office,
- Establishment of management tools and management flow, and implementation of optimisation of role allocation
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of working experience as HRGA in Japanese company
- Have working experience in a forwarding/logistic company for more than 5 years is a huge advantage
- Have experience in handling legal matters/new company establishment process is an advantage
- Willing to be placed in CIKARANG area
