Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment
- Assist the HR department in the hiring process
- Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws
- Updating and implementing all necessary policies and improving policies and procedures related to HR
- Develop and process the company payroll monthly
- Prepare BPJS and payroll calculations and payment to the bank.
- Support HR administration tasks such as maintaining employment contracts, updating employee databases, responding to employee’s questions, preparing documents for monthly reports to the labor office and immigration office.
- Coordinate with third party related korean staff documents such as VISA, KITAS, etc
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
- Have minimum 3 years working experience in the same field
- Able to speak and write in Korean Language is a plus
Additional Information:
- This is contract based for 2 years
- Work location in Pasuruan, East Java
