Responsibilities:

1. Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment 
2. Assist the HR department in the hiring process
3. Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws
4. Updating and implementing all necessary policies and improving policies and procedures related to HR
5. Develop and process the company payroll monthly
6. Prepare BPJS and payroll calculations and payment to the bank.
7. Support HR administration tasks such as maintaining employment contracts, updating employee databases, responding to employee’s questions, preparing documents for monthly reports to the labor office and immigration office.
8. Coordinate with third party related korean staff documents such as VISA, KITAS, etc

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in related field
2. Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
3. Have minimum 3 years working experience in the same field
4. Able to speak and write in Korean Language is a plus

Additional Information:

1. This is contract based for 2 years
2. Work location in Pasuruan, East Java
