The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the Human Resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibility:
- Lead and support the execution of HR Programs, Metrics and Analytics within organization.
- To ensure that the policies and procedures outlined in the HR Policy, Manual, Handbook & policies are implemented
- Evaluates issues, patterns and trends to provide proactive insight for HR solution.
- Develop strategy and implement HR policies, program and guidelines needed to deliver value to employees
- Work closely with site to build workforce planning, business process, culture internalization, increase HR Productivity and organizational sustainability
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives
- Delivering HR report and give advice to HR Manager related to site issues.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Law or equivalent from reputable university.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft word
- Highly analytical with proven problem-solving skills and Proven ability to work effectively on a team, providing support to other team members.
- Able to exercise excellent professional judgment.
- Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work accordingly.
- Able to adapt to changes in the organizational environment
- Wiling to travel to outside Jakarta.
