About the Job
This role will be responsible for the alignment of Human Resources strategies with the overall business objectives of the organization and ensuring the HR function supports the achievement of business goals, enhances organizational performance, and creates a positive and productive work environment.
What is your responsibility
- Partner with business leaders in Business and Country to understand and address organization, culture, and people needs aligned with organizational/business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations across different regions and handle complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations and guiding to resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with other HR Countries to drive HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, considering the unique demands and dynamics of the organization.
Who are we looking for
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Having at least 5 years of working experience as an HR Manager in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- A strong command of English both verbal and written.
- Good people-management skills, interpersonal, agile, and strong analytical skills.
