• Male/female, maximum 28 years old• At least 1 year of experience in HR field• Minimum D3/S1 education in any major• Proficient in English• Strong in MS Office programs and data analysis• Understand HR management (selection & recruitment, training, job evaluation, compensation)• Have good communication skills• Trustworthy, honest, friendly, cheerful, open-minded, disciplined, and hardworking
