About The Company:
- The working venue is in Jakarta Selatan.
- Our client is a Japanese Construction company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker HR GA Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment process and prepare employment contract and other necessary letter for employee.
- Monitoring and controlling employee attendance, annual leave, sick leave etc.
- Manage and control the administrative activities of the office, General Affairs and HR information system.
- Expatriate Working Visa Process.
- Prepare Employee Contract Agreement and Project Contract Agreement.
- Register and non-active BPJS for Employee.
- Management Representative of ISO 9001, 14001, 37001 & SMK3.
- Prepare General Shareholder Meeting.
- Arranging SOP and company code of conduct for external and internal staff.
- Perform all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiation, and preparation of PO/WO.
- Make a draft of the Company Regulation and register to the Labor Department.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law/psychology/HR Management/Japanese Literature
- Business Level Japanese (JLPT Min N3)
- More than conversational-level English
- Minimum 5 years experience as HRGA Manager
- Experience in managing, recruitment, training and development, and other HR matters)
- Honest, strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and commitment to achieving goals
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, power point, internet)
- Good presentation abilities, initiation, and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of labor law and all necessary Labor Government Regulation
- Familiar with OSS System
- Will be located in South Jakarta
- Having a KNK certificate is an advantage
