Legal Manager

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for providing consuel to all level management of the company in managing operational day to day business within prevalling legal and relagulatory
• Responsible fot the management of all legal lisabilities (management's agreement, corporate action etc)
• Lise with company's external lawyer and or notaries in order to succesfully execute corporate action and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate and buid the synergy to all departement of the company to determinate legal process

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in law (Masters degree is preferable)
• Min 5 years experience as a Legal Manager
• Understand Indonesia's law regulation in general
• Must have high integrity and strong work ethics
