Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law from reputable university (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Having experience at least 5 year(s) of working experience in related scope will be required for this position. Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specializing Legal or Industrial Relation in manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge on rules & regulations of employment and labour laws.
- Have good analytical skills to provide legal advice in accordance with applicable laws in Indonesia.
- PERADI license is a must.
- Good proficiency in English both oral & written is a must.
- Having good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership character, able to manage a team, and have a good problem-solving skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure that all license and corporate governance processes comply with company laws and regulations.
- Control and review all standard operation procedures, regulation, and policies according to business process.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to management in efforts to resolve compliance or legal matters.
- As a legal representative for company and board of directors in handling litigation matters, and take legal action if necessary to related party.
- Maintain good relationship with all relevant stakeholders in Industrial Relation related (e.g government, public notary, external counsel, community).
- Providing advice to all Manager regarding Industrial Relation (Disciplinary, absence, etc)
- Negotiation with labor union regarding increase of minimum wage; update and renewal for Collective Labor Agreement, and other related regulations.
- Control, monitor, and develop general administration tasks in Legal and Industrial Relation activities.
