Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law
- Experience in manufacturing is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR
- Have a BNSP Training of trainers (TOT) competency certificate
- Excellent knowledge of labor law and regulation
- Deep understanding on Industrial Relations, PKB (Collective Labor Agreement/Perjanjian Kerja Bersama), Labor Law and labor union.
- Budget management experience, good problem solving skills, detail oriented.
- Have leadership skill and good analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English
- Have a good knowledge about IR Management (SKKNI – Kepmen 307/2014)
- Proficient in English both written and oral
- Able to speak Japanese is preferred
- Proficient using Ms Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Have a good analytical thinking and good decision maker
- Team Player, able to work underpressure and fast
- Communicative, supple, thorough, and have a strong principle
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop, plan, and coordinate the standardization and development of a competitive and equivalent workforce
- Develop work plans, policies, and section work budgets
- Propose and manage budgets
- Manage, supervise, and evaluate work according to applicable standards
- Evaluate the section's systems and programs
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to superiors
- Implement improvements to work systems
