- Maintain relationship with trade union
- Implement and control daily activity related with employee such as bipartite/tripartite, prayer room, sports, ceremonial, canteen and polyclinic
- Become a mediator in resolving employee problems and providing counseling
- Conducting exit interview and its administration
- Provide socialization and regulatory control (PKB, HR Policies, Company Policies)
- Monitor and renew permit related to employment, K3, etc
Requirements:
- Professional, with max age 30 years old
- Candidat must possess at least Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law
- Understand about Labor Law, both knowledge and its implementation
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position
- Able to work individually and in a team
- Candidates should be tough, has a good communication skill, negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Willing to be placed in Purwakarta.
