- Monitor customer service and admin team
- Supervising business processes and identifying violations of SOP or signs of fraud.
- Complete assigned tasks across multiple business operations with minimal oversight.
- Assist with personal assignments as required.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for various purposes.
- Manage social media accounts for business use, optimizing content for engagement.
- Conduct basic accounting tasks and review financial reports for accuracy.
- Procure goods and services as needed.
- Conduct research on various topics and prepare reports.
Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Basic accounting knowledge is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Mentally strong and not easily affected emotionally
